Reinstalling Flowcode:

If you are reinstalling Flowcode you can leave the input key section blank when you are installing it again, this will retain your previous licensing information from before, however if you have already inputted your old CD then you can carry on with this document.

The main hurdle with reinstalling Flowcode is that the CD-Key that comes with the software only has a 30day lease on it, after those 30days you can no longer use the software unless an activation key (obtained online or via phone from Matrix) has been entered.

The solution is to contact Matrix who can issue you with a temporary CD-Key key that will allow you to input your activation key.

Once you have the temporary CD-Key from Matrix you can follow the instructions for a new user but instead of using the CD-Key that came with your software, you would use the temporary CD-Key obtained from Matrix.

You must be a confirmed user on the Matrix database to be eligible to obtain a temporary CD-Key.

Below is the full process for license activation.
